Jamie Stewart and I are best friends

"Jaime,
I've heard through the grapevine that as a reaction to some things she's said, you've told Miranda to end all contact with you, even going so far as to ask her to stop going to your shows. This is going a bit overboard. There are a LOT of Xiu Xiu fans who are not exactly wild about you. Just because someone likes the music doesn't necesarily mean they have to like the people making it. You've been acting like a whiny, spoiled teenage girl over the entire thing.

-Robert
Fort Lauderdale, FL

PS - Songs about child rape, buttholes, and cum aren't exactly any more PC than saying the word 'chink' "

"fuck you you fucking teenaged shit face
are you being any different?
fuck off
miranda and i are working it out
stay the fuck out of my buisness
tiny tiny tiny boring little boy"

Two mintutes later:
"i just wanted to tell you to fuck off again
please bobby dont be like this your whole life"

FIRE WALK WITH ME

Last night at about 4 am, just as I'm about to sleep, i go to the bathroom for once last wee. When I turn the light on, the room is hazy. Normally I'd just think it's mist from the shower, but it wasn't humid at all. When I turn on the hallway light, I see the whole house is thick with smoke.

On the stove was a saucepan with flames coming out of it. Like those garbage pale bonfires that hobos use in the winter. My brother had been frying earlier (frozen corndogs from Walgreens of all things) and the oil had somehow caught fire. I have no idea how it happend. He swears that all the burners were off, but who knows.

There is no major damage to the house but the kitchen is a mess from smoke damage, which my mom is having a breakdown about. Rightfully so. She was screaming until her throat was swore when it happened and this morning she started crying about it. I hope she's calmed down now, or at least by tonight so we can have a nice dinner.

It's weird though. A few nights ago I had a dream that my brother caused some trouble that involved the police. In the dream he had this bewildered look that he had on all of last night. Also in the dream I spontaniously ran into a friend from highschool. Earlier last night I saw him at blockbuster. I also dreamed that Ilana was dating a douchebag and was very uncomfortable WATCH OUT

Everyone is going on about how I saved the day twice yesterday. First in the morning by providing clean urine for a drug test, and then by finding the fire when everyone else was asleep. I only saw the smoke because I had to use the bathroom, so both times I "saved the day" my urine was the hero. IT TRULY IS GOLDEN.

A day in three chapters.

A while ago while driving home at around midnight, my mom scraped against something while entering the cul-de-sac in which we live. At first she thought she had hit a mailbox or trashbin, so she didn't really care. About a week later, I see two guys snooping around her car. It turns out that she had hit two cars that were improperly parked. The the owner of the car that took most of the damage doesn't care. He's not asking for any money, he's not even asking for my mom's insurance to pay anything. And by damage, mean a little scratch that goes across one door. His next door neighbors, on the other hand, immediately called the police the second they knew who exactly who hit them and are asking nearly $2,500 for repairs.

Since then they've been complete psychos about this whole thing. The wife came over one day screaming and demanding the money. She immediately calmed down when my mom handed her a check just to shut her up. Today, my mom and I went over to take pictures of how they park their car half on curb and half in the road when the husband comes out to start yelling at us. I'm constantly amazed about rude dumb white-trash can be. He started accusing my mother of being "too drunk to remember what happened" and said "i don't know what's wrong with you! are you off your meds or something!!" They're starting to believe their own lies and think that she denied ever hitting anything.

The bit about my mom being "too drunk" is very funny to me. I had his son in one of my classes last year and he would tell me that his dad is an alcoholic who goes into fits of rage. I sure hope he's in the movie theater workers union of america with full health care and benefits and everything. Why? Because he sure is projecting super hard.

rimshot.

Edit - The guy was wearing a nascar shirt lol!

Today I was in Barnes & Nobles browsing for nothing when I see a married couple who are at least in their 40s in the japanese comic book section. At the sight of that I chuckle a little, but then I start listening to them and had to walk away because I was about to rofl. They were totally absolutely completely obsessed with manga. The woman was telling the husband released dates off the top of her head and was complaining about the way one company puts out releases. Then they both started in-depthly critisizing titles and it was just too much for me. Two grown up adults being so passionate about comics that are written for teenage japanese girls is just very hilarious to me.

I've decided to abandon my idealistic, romantic ways. True love? Fuck that! Now I just want a girl with a pretty face and big tits to occupy my time.

My dog has been sick all day. He's having a bad reaction to this ultra strong flea and tick shampoo we got yesterday. My brother blames himself for not fully rinsing him. He threw up soon after being wash, drooled a lot, and is just not acting like himself. It's like he's not all there and he's not as affectionate as usual. He's sleeping now, and if he's not better in the morning I'm going to try to convince my mom into taking him to the vet... I've been incredibly worried all day.

At around 1 o' clock AM of July 11th, my upper abdominals and mid back started to hurt. It wasn'tt too much, but soon it started to get worse and worse. It got to the point where I could hardly stand or speak because of the pain. Not once in my life have I ever been to the hospital, but I was desperate that night. So when we arrive, I am literally writhing in pain, and I'm not being attended to because the only woman at the front desk needed to file papers.

I'm put on a bed, given an IV, and told that I'll be sent to a cat scan soon. Even while it felt as if I had performed seppuku, I had to ask the male nurse "WHAT THE SCANNER SEE?!" I guess that says something about my personality if I can still make jokes no one will get even when I feel like my insides are going to explode. Shortly after that a doctor who looked like Dose One gave me some pain killer that made me drift in and out of sleep for the next 12 hours.

It turns out i have a gallstone. Yeah, I'm old. I passed the time by making friends with all the Jamaican and Haitian nurses. I think I freaked out out by telling her that the machne that tests vitals looks like an e-meter. When I explained the basis of scientology, her only response was "...I believe in God..."

At 4 AM this morning a nurse wakes me to take blood and present me with a form allowing the doctors to operate on me. I tell them that my dad asked me not to sign anything until I discuss it with him. He didn't want me getting any surgery and really just confused me and I had no idea what I was going to do. I was freaking out slightly less than I was during my attack. I eventually decided that I wanted to postpone the surgery until i read up on it and maybe find a nonsurgerical solution. I told them this at 9 AM but couldn't leave the hospital until 3 PM. They seriously would not let me. I couldn't leave without a doctor's consent otherwise they were threatening that insurance wouldn't pay and I would have to sign a Against Medical Advice form. The problem was that the doctors refused to talk to me. It wasn't until both my parents made a huge fuss that we got anything accomplished. One of the doctors actually told my mom "He gets the surgery or he doesn't leave." Again, she said this without ever even meeting me.

Happy Birthday :'(
